We started this running coaching service for one reason, to share the joy of running with the world. It has done so much more for us than just the physical benefits and sharing that runners's high with others is an amazing experience
So what is FireFly all about? This where I share the running side of me with you. This will be where I put all of my tips, helpful recipes, and motivation so that you can share in this with me. I’m based out of Saint Michael, Minnesota and serve the neighboring communities of Albertville, Rogers, Elk River, Hanover, Monticello and Maple Grove to name a few
